5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit to a 368jl account is PHP 100, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal from a 368jl account is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours. 368jl does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking networks.
5.5 Own Accounts Only. Players may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the 368jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 368jl does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.
6.1 368jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiple for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 368jl reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and terminate accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms, coordinated multi-account betting, or any strategy that 368jl determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offerings.
6.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash equivalents outside of the applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
7.1 All games available on the 368jl platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure game fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes.
7.2 Players must not use automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with games or the platform interface in a manner inconsistent with manual human play.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, 368jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings arising directly from a confirmed technical malfunction shall not be paid.
7.4 Sports betting odds, lines, and markets published on 368jl are subject to change prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets placed prior to any change are honoured at the odds prevailing at the time of placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 368jl platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balance:

9.1 All content on the 368jl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 368jl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 368jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 368jl content without prior written authorisation.
10.1 368jl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 368jl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 368jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: platform downtime or technical outages, delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, or any other circumstance beyond 368jl's reasonable control.
10.3 368jl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in the Player's 368jl account at the time the relevant claim arose.

12.2 Upon account termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method following completion of all required verification and investigation procedures.
12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 368jl customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
368jl may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 368jl will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material clarifications may be made without prior notice. The version of these Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and 368jl arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the 368jl platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as provided under 368jl's operating licence.
14.3 Any dispute not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
